How to order

Three quick steps to get your project started.

Step 1: Decide what package you want

Do you want a basic transfer from your tape to DVD with a custom cover (Standard package)?  Do you want us to make your hunt shine with a custom video intro, editing and music (Deluxe package)?

Here are a few general rules of thumb.

The Standard Package is a great (and cost effective) way to share memories of a few days in the field with your buddies who went (and those who didn’t).  If you tape looks good (or good enough) as is, this is the easiest and quickest way to get your hunt on DVD and copied.

The Deluxe Package is for something special- a son’s first hunt, a B&C kill, a special trip that you’ve  planned for months.  If you have ever wondered what your hunts would like with some professional touches, this is the package for you.

Step 2: Gather and prepare your footage

Label your tape with your name, location of the hunt and date.  If you have picked the Deluxe Package, scan the tape and let us know what you really, really want to keep and what you really, really want to lose.  On page  2 of the Deluxe Package order form, you will see a place to log this information.

Tell us about the hunt on the order form as well (Standard/PDF and Deluxe/PDF).  Nothing fancy- just a few lines on what makes this tape special.

Step 3: Complete the order forms and send in you order

Fill in the rest of the information on the form- name, address, phone number,  credit card information, etc.  Ship it with the tape to:

We recommend using FEDEX or UPS to ship your tape.  They provide a tracking number which you can use to keep an eye on the location.

We’ll call you with any questions.  Most Standard Package projects take 2 weeks to finish, with Deluxe packages needing closer to 4 weeks.
